Athletics Baby-Sitting Co-op
East Heights offers a variety of sports options for fun and fellowship for the entire family. An annual snow-ski weekend, coed-softball, Thursday night basketball, volleyball and Bridge club are among the activities that are scheduled throughout the year. Watch the Tower for more information.

East Heights' mothers of young children have formed a Baby-sitting Co-op where adults trade sits and no money is exchanged.

Mothers of Munchkins (MOMs
MOMs is a support group for mothers of young children which meets at 9:30 a.m. on the first and third Tuesdays of each month. Book study is alternated with service projects at the meetings, and occasionally couples get together for fun and fellowship. Nursery is provided by reservation.
Library
The East Heights library provides excellent Biblical reference books, Sunday School resource materials, fiction and non-fiction books for all ages, and a wide variety of audio visual aids. It is a self-service library, open on Sunday between 8:15 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to noon and Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Stitch'n Chat
MOMs group get-together the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 9:30 a.m. to stich, balance checkbooks, work on photo albums, etc. Nursery is provided by reservation.

 
Snack Supper
A light supper is prepared by Vedrana Barbir and is served in Hedrick Hall on Wednesday evenings September through May, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Cost is $4.00 for adults and $2.00 for children 10 and under with a $12.00 family cap. Reservations are not necessary and the entire family is invited to join in the fellowship before the variety of Wednesday evening activities, which follow.

East Wichita Shepherd's Center
This program is designed for adults 55 years of age or better. Programs include Adventures in Learning, eight-week courses on various subjects of interest, and recreational outings during the year.

United Methodist Men in Christ
United Methodist Men in Christ (UMMIC) meets on a monthly basis to share in faith, friendship and fellowship during a Sunday meal.  In addition, UMMIC will be building covenant groups, Bible study groups, mission workdays, and yearly retreats for communion, reflection, and spiritual growth. UMW is a worldwide community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole people through Jesus Christ.
