GROUPS CHARITY Meets at 9:30 the second Wednesday of each month September thru May in room 120. Charity Circle works on a variety of mission projects throughout the year such as making receiving blankets for Costa Rica, tea towels and dilly bread for French Market, hygiene kits for UMOD, Christmas stockings for the downtown daycare center and sorting clothes for the UMOD Klothes Kloset. HOPE CIRCLE Meets at 1:00 the second Wednesday of each month September thru May in room 150. The primary focus is on study. Hope Circle may have a speaker, book review, or study topic. COOKING FRIENDS ![]() Meets from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. the first Thursday of each month, August thru May. Cooking Friends prepares freezer meals for members of the group, as well as for those temporarily home bound. QUILTERS

MISSIONS LABELS FOR YOUTHVILLE- Campbell, Franco America, Swanson and Pepperidge Farm labels are collected and given to United Methodist Youthville as a mission ministry. Only the UPC code and product symbol are needed. Labels can be left in marked container near Hedrick Hall. Approximately 4500 labels were donated in 2006. DILLIONS GIFT CARDS - Fund-raising gift cards can be purchased form UMW for $5.00 The cards can be taken to any Dillions Customer Service desk and loaded with additional funds. The full amount on the card can be used to purchase Dillions merchandise. UMW earns 5% of the amount put on the gift cards, earning over $2,000.00 for missions in 2007. The cards can be purchased by calling Nina (683-9366) or Kay ANn (634-2847) or by mailing your check to the church at the following address:

MARKET AND FRENCH MARKET AUCTION French Market, sponsored and
organized by UMW, is a major fund-raising event for local and global
ministries and involves the entire church each April. The Market
serves a chicken-salad luncheon, has artists booths, a bakery, plant shop,
boutique and cafe. All proceeds go to missions. Click
