Ushers & Greeters – We need a few more folks to usher or greet at the 9:45 service. If you can help either once a month or on a substitute basis, please contact Pastor Steve, steve@ehumc.org or Lisa McPherson, LAMcPherson@twgfirm.com.

Coffee House subs – If you would like to help in the church Coffee House on Sunday mornings, we are currently taking names and training new folks to serve as subs when needed. The coffeehouse is open on Sunday mornings and coffee is served with a recommended donation. For more information, please contact Andrew Trapp, aetrapp@msn.com .

First Wednesdays Fellowship Meal is Back! We will serve from 5:45-6:15pm, but you are welcome to stay and eat after the serving stops! We need groups to sign up to prepare and serve the meals, and there will be a free-will offering that may offset expenses. Please contact Pastor Kim if you would like to sign up to provide a meal. There will be a signup on the door to her office.

Camp Firelight VBS, July 15-19, Ages 3 (Potty Trained) through 5th grade.

Come and be a part of Camp Firelight at East Heights UMC this summer! Join us from July 15th to 19th, 9am to 12pm, for an exciting Summer Camp Adventure with God. Through captivating Bible stories, we'll delve into the lives of individuals who experienced the profound gift of trusting in God. Discover how we too can forge a deep connection with God, finding courage in moments of fear, strength in times of challenge, and purpose in answering God's call to spread the message of love through Jesus Christ. Don't miss out on this enriching experience where we explore faith, trust, and the power of God's unwavering love.

Our goal as Christians is to become more and more like Jesus and to become his disciples!  We recognize we are all on a journey and may find ourselves at different stages along our discipleship pathway.  Maybe you would describe yourself as Exploring, Beginning, Growing or Maturing in your faith (it may depend on the topic!)  Our hope is that you will find a discipleship opportunity that will help you on your path.  You will find a full listing of classes and also be able to sign up at this link.
