WEDNESDAY, MARCH 25 – 10:15 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
KANSAS FOOD BANK – 1919 E. Douglas Ave. – Join us as East Heights helps at the food bank. Activities will be based on the need of the day and could include tasks such as sorting or bagging produce, packing Food 4 Kids packets, packing senior boxes, sorting donations, etc. We need 15 to 20 volunteers for this project. SATURDAY, MARCH 28 - 9 am until 12:00 p.m.
JEFFERSON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – 4615 E. Orme St. - Landscaping workday. East Heights volunteers will cleanout shrubs and flowerbeds, spread mulch, and plant perennial flowers to beautify the school grounds.
